VIDEO: ‘Shirtless jogger’ inspires topless anti-Rob Ford protest in Toronto

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford was greeted by a “shirtless horde” of protesters on his way to a radio interview Friday morning.

About a dozen topless protesters gathered in front of the Newstalk1010 studios in downtown Toronto, holding signs such as “It’s not racist to demand answers,” a reference to Coun. Doug Ford’s reaction to the man that inspired the protest.

Friday’s protesters were emulating Joe Killoran, who you may know better as “shirtless jogger guy.” The teacher yelled questions at Ford on Canada Day as the mayor marched in a neighbourhood parade and expressed his frustration with Ford’s

Afterwards, Coun. Ford, in an astounding display of how little the man understands what racism is, called Killoran a racist.

As one would expect, the mayor ignored the half-dressed hecklers and proceeded to repeat his familiar talking points in an interview with Newstalk1010′s Jerry Agar.
