TORONTO — Toronto police are searching for four young suspects after they say an 11-year-old boy was shot with BB guns.

It’s alleged the boy and his mother were walking their dog at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday (in the area of Sentinel Road and Finch Avenue West) when four boys approached the 11-year-old and shot him.

Police say the boy was hit three times in the torso and once in the neck but his injuries are considered non-life-threatening.

The suspects are all described as black and between the ages of 14 and 15 and were wearing light-coloured clothing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
