Video: Toronto Mayor John Tory inaugurated at city hall
Mayor John Tory was sworn into office during the city of Toronto’s first council meeting since October’s election. Tory took time to pay thanks to outgoing mayor Rob Ford, and his sub, Norm Kelly.
