Environment __canada is warning that much of southern Ontario could be blanketed in snow by Monday morning, and areas along the Bruce peninsula can expect snow squalls.

The weather agency says areas from Sarnia all the way to Kingston could get up to 20 centimetres of snow beginning Sunday and ending Monday morning.

It says the precipitation is expected to start out as snow, but may change into rain early Monday morning.

And around the Bruce peninsula, snow squalls are expected to develop, in some cases reducing visibility to near-zero.

Environment Canada says people in the Saugeen Shores, Kincardine and Southern Bruce County area can expect as much as 10 additional centimetres to accumulate.
